Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace
About Course
Mental health awareness helps workplaces respond with understanding and appropriate support. Explore how work design, relationships, and everyday communication affect wellbeing. Learn to notice changes without diagnosing, start a respectful conversation, and use established support routes while protecting privacy and recognizing urgent concerns.
Follow a beginner-friendly path through five modules and 15 lesson outlines. Each lesson identifies three focused study topics, helping you connect the ideas to practical decisions in your own setting.
Course Project: Develop a workplace awareness guide with supportive conversation prompts, role boundaries, local support contacts, and escalation steps.
Scope of This Course: This course is general wellbeing education, not diagnosis or treatment. Persistent symptoms or urgent concerns require appropriate professional or emergency support.
