Agile leadership supports teams as they learn from customers and adapt their work. This course introduces short feedback cycles, clear priorities, visible work, and practical improvement routines. It explains where agile approaches help and why simply adding ceremonies or terminology does not create better outcomes.

Follow a beginner-friendly path through five modules and 15 lesson outlines. Each lesson identifies three focused study topics, helping you connect the ideas to practical decisions in your own setting.
