<p><strong>Module outcome:</strong> Describe how access control, visitor management, credential practices, and responsible surveillance work together.</p>

Module 4: Security Operations and Incident Response
<p><strong>Module outcome:</strong> Understand routine security operations and follow safe, coordinated actions when alarms, emergencies, or security incidents occur.</p>

Module 5: Security Planning and Continuous Improvement
<p><strong>Module outcome:</strong> Build a basic security plan and use policies, reporting, training, exercises, and reviews to strengthen performance over time.</p>
